With influences ranging from Joni Mitchell to Jamiroquai, Philadelphia natives the Brakes have grown from local favorites to a nationally recognized rock band. The group was formed in 2001 and has released two EPs. They’re currently at work on their first full-length album and are touring the Northeast.
