Ron Driscoll

Ron Driscoll (COM’79) of Marstons Mills, Mass., writes, “I have worked for the past nine years at the US Golf Association (USGA), based in Liberty Corner, N.J., covering the US Open and other golf events as the USGA’s senior manager of editorial services. Before that, I was a copy editor/layout editor for 11 years at the Boston Globe, and I continue to write and edit books for Boston Globe Media.” Ron coauthored Fenway Park: A Salute to the Coolest, Cruelest, Longest-Running Major League Baseball Stadium in America (Running Press, 2012), a 100th-anniversary coffee-table book. He has worked on many other books marking the success of Boston’s pro teams, most recently Never Gets Old (Triumph Books, 2019), about the Patriots’ sixth Super Bowl title, and Relentless: 119 Wins and Another Red Sox Championship (KCI Sports Publishing, 2019), which covers the Red Sox’s ninth world title.
