Barbara Muzeni
Barbara Muzeni (Questrom’84) of Winter Garden, Fla., joined the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando as director of finance. She writes that the position combines her passion for animals with her professional skills, and describes it as “a dream come true.” Barbara has been in the financial field for more than 25 years, including 10 years at the finance director level for various nonprofits. She also has worked in government, including the city of Orlando and the state of Rhode Island. Barbara is a professional pet-assisted therapy facilitator, and has provided pet therapy with her dog Jingles at the Pawtuxet Village Nursing Home in Cranston, R.I. In addition to her bachelor’s degree in business administration from BU, she earned an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and a certificate in nonprofit leadership from the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership at Rollins College.
