Eric Grossman

Eric Grossman (LAW’02) of Oakton, Va., a Northern Virginia–based partner in the law firm DLA Piper’s corporate practice, has been named a 2018 Tech Titan byWashingtonian magazine in their guide to “the most important and innovative people in Washington’s digital economy.” Eric focuses his practice on private equity, growth equity, and venture capital investments, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and counseling emerging-growth companies with respect to general corporate and securities law matters.
