Erica Stritch-Schultz (Questrom’04) of Stow, Mass., is vice president and owner of RAIN Group, a global sales training and performance improvement company. She was recognized in the Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty 2019 in August for helping RAIN Group achieve significant growth and for her contributions to charitable organizations.
