Frank McDonough

Frank McDonough (Questrom’55) of Potomac, Md., published Spring Training for the Major Leagues of Government (Koehler Books, 2016). He writes, “ Spring Training provides case studies, insights, and specific advice to Brian, a new high-level government appointee, to help him survive and thrive in the complex and competitive Washington, D.C., environment.
