Iva Gardner

Iva Gardner (CAS’71) of Groton, Mass., spent last summer volunteering with the Bialystok Cemetery Restoration Project. The project salvages and restores buried and broken headstones at the Bagnowka Cemetery in Bialystok, Poland. In 1943, the Nazis destroyed and dismantled thousands of headstones and monuments in the cemetery.
