Five alums, who met as freshmen at BU in fall 1969 and have stayed in touch since graduating in 1973, got together in Boston last October: Janet (Vincelli) Pinelli (SON’73) of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada (from left); Debbie Kartin (Sargent’73) of Sammamish, Wash.; Cheryl Besden (Sargent’73) of Palo Alto, Calif.; Bonnie Blair (Sargent’73) of Cambridge, Mass.; and Linea (Kendall) Murray (CAS’73, CFA’80) of Dover, Mass. “We thought it fitting to celebrate 50 years since we met where it all began,” says Besden.
