Joan Hallock

Joan Hallock (Wheelock’77) of Saint Paul, Minn., is a senior appeals judge with the Minnesota department of human services. She also practices law at Joan G. Hallock Mediation, specializing in workers’ compensation litigation and mediation. She is the proud parent of twins, Kyle Hallock (ENG’18) andAndrew Hallock (COM’18).
