Megan Lacera

Megan Lacera (COM’00, MET’02) of Cypress, Tex., published the picture book Zombies Don’t Eat Veggies! (Lee and Low, 2019), which follows zombie Mo Romero, who loves to grow and eat vegetables even though his parents tell him that is not what a zombie is supposed to eat. Megan’s husband, Jorge, cowrote and illustrated the book, which is also published in Spanish.
