Meredith Kazer
Meredith Kazer (SON’88) of Woodbridge, Conn., was among the last graduates of BU’s School of Nursing. She went on to pursue a master’s degree at Yale University and a PhD at New York University. After writing 11 professional nursing books and 85 scholarly articles, she has published her first novel, The Keeping House (Soul Mate Publishing, 2020), about a nurse practitioner, Lauren, who purchases a deteriorating 19th-century Queen Anne home in the hopes that it will solve the financial problems left by her recently deceased husband.
