Molly O’Connor (CAS’11) of Baldwin, N.Y., has launched the sports bra start-up Molly T. A former D1 athlete frustrated with the fit of sports bras on the market today, Molly has patented a bra design that adjusts to every workout and fluctuating breast size “to help women feel comfortable and confident during any bounce-inducing activity. It also doesn’t require Houdini’s escape skills.”
