Norman Rozeff

Norman Rozeff (CAS’55) of Harlingen, Tex., contributed a weekly article on the history of the lower Rio Grande Valley to the Valley Morning Star newspaper for over a decade. Upon his retirement as a lifelong sugarcane agronomist, he explored his interest in local history as a hobby and has since become the go-to person for local history matters.
