Pamela (Osing) Jenkins

Pamela (Osing) Jenkins (Wheelock’05,’06) of Waldorf, Md., was named the Maryland Pupil Personnel Worker of the Year 2018–2019 by the Maryland Association of Pupil Personnel. Pamela was a school counselor for 10 years before becoming a pupil personnel worker, both for Charles County public schools. She advocates for students and serves her school and district in the areas of attendance, discipline, counseling, residency, homelessness, and crisis support.
