Paul D. Weiner

Paul D. Weiner (CAS’91) of Wynnewood, Pa., is a shareholder in the Philadelphia office of Littler Mendelson P.C., the world’s largest employment and labor law practice, representing management. He was given a top ranking in the 2019 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. Chambers placed him under the guide’s highest distinction—Band 1—for Litigation: eDiscovery. He is one of only seven lawyers in the country ranked in Band 1 for eDiscovery, which involves securing electronic data for use as evidence.
