Peter Lurie

Peter Lurie (GRS’93,’01) of Richmond, Va., is coeditor of Faulkner and Film (University Press of Mississippi, 2014), a collection of essays that draws on film history, critical theory, archival studies of Faulkner’s screenplays, and scholarship about his work in Hollywood to explore the crosscurrents between his novels and the world of cinema. Peter is an associate professor of English at the University of Richmond.
