Phyllis Zagano

Phyllis Zagano (COM’70) of Lido Beach, N.Y., was one of three panelists at a discussion about Catholic women deacons held January 15, 2019, at Fordham University. Phyllis, author of many books on the topic, was appointed to the Study Commission on the Women’s Diaconate by Pope Francis in 2016. The commission recently submitted a report to Pope Francis.
