Robert Crosby
Robert Crosby (STH’54) of Seattle, Wash., self-published Memoirs of a Change Agent: T-groups, Organization Development, and Social Justice (2019). He writes that the book is “dedicated to my beloved professor, Walter Holcomb. I would have never written this book if I had not come to Boston University and encountered both Dr. Holcomb and Howard Thurman [(Hon.’67), dean of Marsh Chapel from 1953 to 1965 and the first black dean at a mostly white American university], about whom I write in the book. Memoirs of a Change Agent is the most comprehensive book ever written to illustrate organization development. It includes significant interventions in manufacturing, nuclear industry, software, and community development.”
