Yvette (Padilla) Teschner

Yvette (Padilla) Teschner (COM’00) of Pueblo West, Colo., was honored last May as a 2019 Colorado Teacher of the Year by the Pueblo County chapter of the Colorado Teacher Awards. Yvette is an elementary music teacher with Pueblo County School District 70, a position she has held for 16 years. Previously, she worked as a journalist in print, broadcast, and public relations.
