Logen Zimmerman

Logen Zimmerman’s academic background is in film studies and visual culture. He has written about photographic history, collecting, and arts leadership. Further, he is known as the (unofficial) historian of the School of Visual Arts, where he has worked since 2003. He has extensively researched its archives, including those related to David Aronson, Philip Guston, and Walter Murch. Every year he enjoys presenting on the work of Gene Davis in the Color class.
