Thank you for your interest in applying to BU, one of the top-ranked universities in the world, located in the artistic and multi-cultural city of Boston! At BU School of Music, we welcome international students from around the globe to apply to our graduate program offerings.<\/p>\n

International applicants are expected to follow the same application procedures and deadlines as domestic applicants. Visit our School of Music Graduate Admissions page<\/a> for application requirements by major, deadlines, and more!<\/p>\n

In addition, graduate applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate sufficient English language skills to succeed in our programs. <\/span>Official TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo scores must be received by January 7th. Be sure to take the tests early enough so that scores reach Boston University by the deadline. A photocopy or scan of your score may be uploaded to your electronic application for purposes of review, but an official score from the testing agency is required for admission.<\/p>\n
