Led by Director <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/id-andrea.cms-devl.bu.edu\/cfa\/about\/contact-directions\/directory\/franziska-huhn\/\" target=\"_blank\" contenteditable=\"false\" title=\"https:\/\/id-andrea.cms-devl.bu.edu\/cfa\/profile\/franziska-huhn\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Franziska Huhn<\/a><span><\/span><span>, YAHP offers students highly individualized and thorough instruction.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individual lessons<\/li>\n<li>Focus on technique\u00a0and the interpretation and performance practices of standard harp repertoire and orchestral excerpts<\/li>\n<li>Masterclasses and guest lectures<\/li>\n<li>Elective courses in music theory, music history, health and wellness, and more<\/li>\n<li>Performance opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Boston University transferable course credit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*The Young Artists Harp Program is open to high school students who have not yet begun full-time college or conservatory study.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Please note: 2024 pr<\/em><i><span>ogram dates, lengths, and locations subject to change due to extenuating circumstances.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h5 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Tuition, Fees, and Scholarships<\/h5><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>total cost<\/strong> of attending BUTI is based on the total number of weeks in attendance (even if attending more than one program). Any student applying for scholarship must complete the scholarship section of the admissions application, even if only applying for a merit-based award (the scholarship application is found within the digital admissions application).
