Music Curriculum Library<\/strong> Music Librarian \u2022 Sage Sil\u00e9<\/a> Please visit us in the library to search our holdings.\u00a0 Our staff will be happy to assist you.<\/p>\n The collections of the CFA Music Curriculum Library are comprised largely of performance materials (study and research materials can be found at the Mugar Music Library<\/a>).\u00a0 Parts for all BU music major ensembles are distributed here.\u00a0 Additionally, patrons can find solo and small ensemble music, scores, and music education resources.<\/p>\n Please note that the large ensemble collection is considered non-circulating outside of BU performance ensembles. Most other materials can be checked out of the library with a current BU ID.\u00a0 Under the limited circumstances large ensemble materials (orchestra, band, choral scores for ensemble use) may be checked out, requests for access to these materials must be submitted at least 3 days in advance of the required-by date, preferably by email.<\/p>\n This library does not email overdue notices, and checked out materials will not appear on BU accounts.\u00a0 Patrons are responsible for keeping track of loan periods.<\/strong><\/p>\n A small disclaimer: There are two distinct music libraries on the BU campus, the Music Curriculum Library located in CFA, and the Music Library located on the 2nd floor of the Mugar Memorial Library.\u00a0 At this time, our catalogs are not linked in any way, so it is necessary to search both catalogs to learn of the complete resources available on campus.\u00a0 To search Mugar Music Library\u2019s catalog, visit bu.edu\/library<\/a>, or follow the link below.<\/p>\n
