Gleny Burgos

Gleny Burgos is the assistant dean of administration & finance at Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development. In this role, she oversees a wide range of financial functions including budgeting, financial planning, accounting and reporting, in addition to human resources and facilities.

Before joining Boston University, Ms. Burgos served in the US Navy for over nine years in several capacities providing leadership and direction in operational budgets, supply management, contracts and proposals, all while ensuring compliance with environmental and government regulations. Ms. Burgos has experience in managing and training large teams under high-stress conditions, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and creating training and retention programs.
