
Sarah Benat
Part-Time Instructor
Sarah Benat is a part-time instructor in science education at Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development. For over a decade, she has worked in the Boston area as a full-time science teacher. Her experience includes teaching physics, chemistry, biology, and biomedical science in a high school setting. Ms. Benat’s current full-time role is lead science teacher at Brighton High School in the Boston Public Schools. In this role, she teaches biology to multilingual learners and provides professional development to the science teachers on her team.
