To begin the visiting researcher program process, you first must fill out the form below. This information will be passed along to the Dean\u2019s Office to complete the appointment letter and approve your request.<\/p>\n
Once approved, the associate deans’ administrator will act as the liaison and assist the visitor with their J-1 visa process. A minimum<\/strong> of three months (90 days) before the arrival date is required to process the visa application paperwork. Faculty sponsors must also interview and provide evidence of the visitor\u2019s English language proficiency submitted with the visa paperwork.
