She advises students and graduates on practicum and licensure requirements and assists with student intake meetings for practicum placement. Ms. Nizami-Azadzoi also updates and maintains licensure, fieldwork, and assessment records-keeping systems, including SONIA, ELAR, and the CAP Online Platform. She also administers and analyzes reports as needed for continuous program improvement, while meeting state\/federal and accreditation requirements.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ms. Nizami-Azadzoi is originally from Hyderabad, India, and grew up in Lowell, Mass. Previously, she worked in the Office of Student Programs at Mount Holyoke College and was a residence hall director at Boston University.
