Dr. Smith-Mumford also consults with local school administrators and faculties on issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion, in addition to coaching and mentoring newly appointed school administrators through Massachusetts School Administrators Association. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>During her 19-year tenure as a principal in Brookline, Mass., Dr. Smith-Mumford facilitated progressive, collaborative education strategies, inclusive of the diverse voices of all who work with children and young people.
