At CEED, she works on the RISER Network and the Reimagining Childcare project.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining CEED, Ms. Ho worked as a graduate research assistant to Dr. Iheoma Iruka at the Equity Research Action Coalition at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
